As if I needed an excuse! reports that, in a study at Harvard University, the women who consumed an average of one to two servings of high-quality, cocoa-rich chocolate per week had a 32 percent lower risk of experiencing heart failure.  The study results were achieved with high-quality, cocoa-rich chocolate.  Woot!  I love dark chocolate.  Let the indulging begin!
