When I’m on the go and starving, I usually just grab the bag of my kids’ cheerios (the fruity kind) that has been sitting in the car since our last trip to the museum about a week ago. Also included on this list are edamame, string cheese, and fruit — all foods that I already have on hand for my kids. Who knew that it was so easy to eat well?
