Will the SmartSeat fit my chair?

The SmartSeat chair cover is designed to snuggly fit most dining room and kitchen chairs, even those with side arms. We have found that it looks great on chairs ranging from 18″ to 23″ wide (measured at the widest part of the chair seat). The actual dimensions of the cover are 23″ deep and 24″ wide at the front, tapering to 19″ at the back.

If I order one SmartSeat, how many will I receive?

SmartSeat Chair Protectors are sold individually, so if you order one, you will receive one. SmartSeat Chair Protectors are not sold in pairs.

What is your return policy?

If a customer is not satisfied with one of our products, we will accept returns for a full refund or exchange provided that the returned merchandise has not been used or damaged. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original sale date. To return merchandise, you must e-mail us for a return authorization number. While we do not provide postage for returns, refunds issued will include any initial shipping. Returns initiated outside of 30 days of the original sales date are subject to our discretion and a re-stocking fee may be assessed.

How does the SmartSeat protect my furniture?

The SmartSeat is completely waterproof. Instead of spills soaking into the fabric of your dining room chairs they land on the cover and can then be quickly and easily cleaned. The cover is machine washable and stain resistant.

How do you clean and care for a SmartSeat?

SmartSeat is easy to clean: simply hand or machine wash on gentle cycle in warm water and line dry. For stubborn stains, try a diluted bleach solution (1 part bleach, 10 parts water).

What is the SmartSeat made out of?

SmartSeat is made from safe, toxin-free polyurethane coated polyester knit. The webbing straps are lightweight polypropylene.

How does the SmartSeat fasten to a chair?

SmartSeat chair covers easily attaches to your dining room or kitchen chairs using adjustable straps that securely hold the cover in place.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship though USPS. All orders within the United States will receive free shipping regardless of the quantity of Smart Seats purchased. For shipping costs to Canada and Europe, please see the information below regarding international orders.  You can find more details on shipping here.

What are my payment options?

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We are required by state laws to charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in Massachusetts.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email when the order is processed by our fulfillment center. You may use the emailed number to track your order at www.usps.com.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

No, not at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do ship internationally to a large number of countries. To see if we ship to your country, please add items to your cart and proceed to the shopping cart page. While on the shopping cart page, select “Estimate Shipping & Tax” which is located above the Grand Total line. If your country is listed then we can ship to you.  Please note that the shipping charges quoted on our site do not include any customs or tariffs that may be assessed upon your package’s arrival.
