Good night. Sleep tight? Not!


When you are a new parent — or truthfully, at anytime before you child hits puberty — sleep can be tricky.  Babies are notoriously poor sleepers.  Or at least they don’t sleep enough so that you can get a restful night.  As a friend of mine once said, “Sleep is to new parents as sex is to teenage boys.  It is all you can think about, all you can talk about, and the one thing that you can’t get.”
