I liked this article from Babble.com. It has helpful tips for how to get your kids to eat more veggies, other than hiding them in their food. Get your kids involved in choosing which veggies they eat (whether you grow your own or pick them off the grocer’s shelf), give your kids choices (really, who likes to be told what to eat?), and be a good role model (eat more healthily yourself!). Doesn’t sound that hard anymore, does it?
