Who doesn’t love a gadget?  Gadgets make your life easier and save you time too.  Case in point: We recently baked an apple cake with all of the apples we picked a couple of weekends ago; I can’t tell you how much time we saved using our combination apple peeler/corer (that’s it pictured to the left).  Plus, my kids had a blast using it!
