While we think everyone will love our covers we recognize that there are a few buyers who choose to return their SmartSeats. If a customer is not satisfied with one of our products, we will accept returns for a full refund or exchange. There are a few requirements:
- The returned merchandise must not be damaged or soiled.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original sale date. Returns initiated outside of 30 days of the original sales date are subject to our discretion and a re-stocking fee may be assessed.
- To return merchandise, you must e-mail us for a return authorization number.
While we provide free shipping for your purchase (in the U.S.) we do not provide postage or return mailing labels for return shipments. Your refund will include any initial postage paid (for customers outside the U.S.)
