With the launch of the website we have gone social and created a Facebook page. That page will tend to have more small snippets of information than the blog which will tend to focus on larger questions that come up and more detailed topics.
We are not on twitter yet. I understand that people might share with their friends on Facebook and Twitter but I don’t feel like we’re engaging in a Twitter like conversation with our users. Help me out and tell me what I’m missing and how it will help our customers.
